New Scholarship Awarded

Congratulations to the 2014 scholarship recipient, Alex Cejka. Alex is a graduate of the engineering program at Bird High School. He finished with an impressive 4.7 GPA and will attend Virginia Tech this fall to study architecture.

Thanks to Honor and Remember and NASCAR, the Reed family was able to take a behind the scenes tour Friday night at RIR and meet the Nationwide NASCAR drier Justin Allgaier. We were incredibly humbled to be chosen for this unique experience! Picture Here!

Our thoughts are with the families of these fallen heroes. The Department of Defense announced today the death of two soldiers who were supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. They died April 23, in Pul-E-Alam, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered from enemy indirect fire. The soldiers were assigned to the 2nd Aviation Battalion, 10th Combat Aviation Brigade, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, N.Y. Killed were: Capt. Aaron R. Blanchard, 32, of Selah, Wash., and 1st Lt. Robert J. Hess, 26, of Fairfax, Va.

4 years ago today, Jeff gave his life defending our great nation. His memory lives on through all of the people he met in his short but powerful 23 years. Let's continue to keep Jeff alive by sharing his story and celebrating his life every day.

Our hearts go out to the Wittman family as they grieve the loss of Sgt. Aaron Wittman who was KIA on January 10th in Afghanistan. We will work closely with the Wittman's so that the lives of both Jeffrey and Aaron are never forgotten.
